Justin Bieber goes for the extreme side-parted half-feathered look with his full-coverage hairstyle.
It's the combover style for boys. Everything is covered from his ears to his entire forehead. It's an amalgam of the 1960s Beatles hairstyle and 1980s feathering. It's different, neat and somewhat elegant. Done improperly it could look like a helmet. Grade: A-Taylor Lautner has a brushed-back hairstyle that has expertly cut layers which create interesting texture and a subtle pattern on top. It is modestly spiky. It looks both professional and cool which makes it a good prom haircut for teen boys his age. Critics, however, may suggest the angle is a bit contrived the way it goes up and across. Grade: A
Unidentified young actor at the Kids Choice Awards. This boy has a basic short hairstyle with a messy fringe. The length may be the same everywhere but it's very inconsistent in how it's grouped together. It becomes increasingly grouped. It's not that cool but it is modern and casual. Grade: B
