The housewives take a vacation to Punta Cana in an attempt to finally have a drama-free trip – but that was unlikely to happen with these housewives!
The September 18th episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey shows the housewives going on vacation to Punta Cana with high hopes of having a relaxing trip. When one of Teresa’s 9 bags gets lost shortly after arriving in Punta Cana, the trip quickly takes a turn for the worse.
While preparing for a day on the boat, Teresa Guidice tries on multiple different swimsuit options that she models for the group. Teresa believes she is the hottest and no one can compete with her, especially her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. Meanwhile, Caroline Manzo suffers from a severe migraine and is unable to attend the day’s festivities.
After the group plays a drinking game on the boat, things start to be looking up and everyone seems to be getting along. Joe Guidice then starts to talk about his plans to open a restaurant with Teresa, which is met with an overwhelming disapproval.
Kathy Wakile proceeds to warn Teresa she may become detached from her children due to the amount of attention needed to run a restaurant. Teresa is of course offended by this statement and says Kathy always feels the need to comment on her relationship with her children. Teresa sees this as an attempt to put down her abilities as a mother and views Kathy as “pathetic” for feeling the need to do this.
Teresa and Kathy get into a heated argument that the others attempt to break up.
