In October, Mitchel Musso got arrested for allegedly driving drunk. But in court, he just said he's not guilty.
Mitchel Musso got arrested for driving drunk back in October. On Saturday, he pled not guilty to the crime.
You can read about his original arrest here. Basically, he could get 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. So far, he hasn't received any punishment from the court, but he has had some problems with Disney.
They didn't fire Mitchel, but they decided to move him to working on young adult Disney projects. Disney was supposedly already thinking of this, but chose to speed it up because of his arrest. So that means Mitchel got dropped from "Pair of Kings" and won't be on it anymore.
