How to Print Screen


Step1:  Open the file, program, or image you want to save as a picture.
Step2: Hit the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard.

Step3: Go to Start ->All Programs -> Accessories ->Paint in order to open Paint.
Step4: With Paint open, press “Ctrl” + “v” on your keyboard (Hold “Ctrl”, then press “v” key, and after release both)  in order to paste the print screen image into paint.
Step5: Go to “File” menu in Paint (in the upper-left corner) and click “Save As…”. Then enter a name for your file in the “File name” field. underneath, leave the “Save as type”  as it is filed with .bmp selected if you need a good quality for your image (in this case you will get a large file) or, you can simply select “JPEG” from the drop down menu in order to get a compressed version of your image.
